We take the viewpoint that the earliest connection points must harness the students’ enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge, and channel this energy to provide a foundation for the study journey ahead.
The Didasko Student Experience Team follows a proven structured engagement model that delivers both proactive and reactive student support.
A Student Enquiry function is accessed through Learning Portal. A 10-minute response time KPI has been established during operating hours. This is used to direct academic enquiries to the appropriate specialist and manage student mentoring and communications.
